NATO CBRN Medical Awareness Course

We are proud to announce the launch of the brand-new NATO CBRN Medical Awareness Online Course, developed as part of the CBRN Medical Education, Training, Exercise, and Evaluation (ETEE) Program.

By facilitating the availability of this course in close cooperation with Surgeon Captain (Royal Navy) Steven Bland, the NATO MILMED COE marks a major step forward in advancing CBRN medical training and education across the Alliance.

This Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) course provides foundational awareness of CBRN medical support and also serves as a prerequisite for subsequent in-person training. Course highlights:

• Overview of CBRN threats
• Principles of CBRN casualty care
• Deployed CBRN medical support
• Introduction to the NATO Biodefence Military Concept

Learn at your own pace, revisit key content anytime, and build the foundation for further CBRN medical training.

Accessible 24/7 on JADL, NATO’s official Learning Management System.
