MODE	mandatory online course prior to the NATO Health Surveillance, and Multinational Management of Epidemic Crisis for Operational and Strategic Medical Leaders residential course
DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE	Level 100 – Advanced
AIM	To enable participants to analyse and contribute to the NATO health surveillance system. The ADL course are the theoretical part of the NATO Health Surveillance, and Multinational Management of Epidemic Crisis for Operational and Strategic Medical Leaders and need to be completed by every student in advance of the residential course. Qualification (certificate of completion) to be presented before arrival at Residential Course.
TARGET AUDIENCE	The course is suitable for all personnel who are deploying to NATO missions and working as a medical personal in a Medical Treatment Facility or working in CJMED roles.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES	LO 1 Explain the role of the medical advisor in the NATO military command structure. LO 2 Understand the principles of Deployment Health Surveillance LO 3 Recall the principles of Health Surveillance in NATO
